Here at Todd W. Fruit, DMD we are
always seeking new patients. On your initial visit, we
will give you a tour of our office, do a free
dental
image, take all necessary x-rays and perform a
comprehensive “above the shoulders” exam. A specific
plan will be mutually developed based on your dental
needs. You will receive a copy of the plan and an
appointment to have your teeth cleaned. You will also
receive a copy of the payment options for our office.
Your contract for insurance coverage is between you and
your carrier. Our office does not participate in any
insurance plans and does not accept insurance
assignments. Your dental/medical insurance coverage is
based on the policy or contract you have. Depending on
your specific policy/contract, your dental/medical
insurance plan may not cover fully our office fees for
services rendered. Please remember the ultimate
financial responsibility is yours. Our office will file
your claim for reimbursement directly to you. We have
observed that insurance companies generally pay the
policy/contract holder (the patient) quicker than they
would pay to doctors.
Our office is consistently striving for the highest
